Really subtile, I recon you don't realise that changing your IP in order to play again is ban evading and not allowed, this will only result in a rangeban on your IP addresses. Thank you however for telling your new IP Address, that'll save us some time trying to locate you again.

Sorry, but I didn't do anything wrong in the first place, and Mike asked me to post a new ip! (Which I did, but my range still matches the other person's range.)

Sorry, but are you trying to say that person is me? 
And by the way, it's pretty logical that your host name matches if you have the same provider... If it didn't I wouldn't be complaining, but since there was a range ban put 213.219 I'm affeced by the ban too ( http://forum.sa-mp.nl/index.php?topic=79...4#msg94284 ). Most likely because we have the same internet provider (mine is EDPNET)
