[Denied] banned for weird things me+sister

so i was playing on the srvr and suddenly it said cars dont fly buddy,
I hit a wall inside a garage and then i flew through the open part and i spinned in the air for like 7 seconds and before i could land i was banned,why is that a ban, or is it just a mistake.

Suspected Reason: dunno really(cars dont fly?) so does this mean im not allowed to stay in the air for 7 sec?
Your IP address: on a website it sais this 213.219.143.192/ and in my network locations it this 192.168.0.10

My sister also got banned,
She was driving and hers said ban evasion
dunno what it means or what she did, but im pretty sure she doesnt use cheats, she is 11
i did see her sitting in an invicible car 500 meters up in the sky when she got banned

as you can see the website sais we both have the same ip adress, is it maybe because i got banned for no reason,my sister did.

Hi there Mikey, I'm the Admin who banned you. After getting a report of you "cheating" (There was no other explanation given), I decided to check it out. From your spawn information, I saw you had a Minigun, but that wasn't the best part. You timed out, came back, but didn't weapon cheat that time. I continued watching you for about 5 minutes, then all of a sudden your car jumped in such a way that is not possible for you to just have hit a wall. Your car literally jumped twice, then you went into the Minigame "Hard Race". You will not be unbanned, and neither will your supposed sister either. Being that you have both the same range, you have been range banned to avoid ban evasion.

mhhh very weird, you know, some servers lagg, u see them in a car and they are 2 meters further everytime.
and the mini was a cheat, but u can look i never used it, and this was all before i timed out after that i thought i really like the srvr dont let me f... it up, but umm can u give me a second chance and unban me, if it happens again u can ban me for life!.
i really like the server and stuff, im begging u give me a 2nd chance and u can watch me play

Thank you for admitting you have cheated. It's very obvious that you underestimated how well kept Las Venturas Playground is when it comes to cheats. You are not welcome back to Las Venturas Playground, nor ever will be. When it comes to cheating, there is no second chance policy. You will not receive another reply from me either.
