Registering a gang is a feature in LVP 3.0, so a page for it has not been made yet.

I seeee...still great site, great work guys!!

Wait so I clicked on it again and it actually brings up a page where it tells me to fill out info on my gang, what happens if I fill it out, nothing right?

You can't fill in any form for registering a gang.
Guess why the links are disabled...
