Greyfox, this isn't a 'gang'.
This is like a 'school'.
We give new players and players without any fighting skills the opportunity to gain some skills.

there are players who play sa-mp for 2-4 weeks and then find it boring and stop playing. There are also players (10-20% of the players who start playing sa-mp) who continue to play it for longer, even years. U should train those who have played sa-mp atleast a month. They got the basic skills already.
