Secondly I would like to lead the attention of the admins on this lovely community to the fact that this topic here has absolutely no intentions of stirring up any flame/trouble, if anyone feels like they have an urge to flame here, they should get punished individually because this topic is only about finding justice in a peaceful way.

Now to the lawsuit:

I am representing [SiN]Janissary in the case [SiN]Janissary aka. Borat vs. [W]Zaibatsu aka. Sirmo. I as a representative of my client [SiN]Janissary demand a sincere apology from [W]Zaibatsu caused by serious moral suffering based on various racist statements and continuous harassment on LVP forums. Dear jury, at this point I would like to lead your attention to the fact that my client has no intentions of getting rich in a simple way, he is only looking for some non-materialistic compensation for his sufferings.

Respectful jury, let me present to you evidences which prove that my client has every right to be morally damaged:

This is how it began, we see that Sirmo is accusing my client [SiN]Janissary for not being from the UK by saying his name is not british. That is simply absurd.

zaibatsu always moans and tries to start trouble in lvp, it is ridiculous.

Here is my client's reaction to what Sirmo said, as we can see he is acting very calm and doesn't bring up any flame.

what can i say. reality bites , eh?

And here is what Sirmo replied to this. Respected jury as you can see this is clearly a confession, he actually admits that he always starts trouble in LVP.

Is proved how? You are just offending his nationality without any proof. And for those who don't speak russian "zdorova urod" means "Hi f****r" in english. And as far as I know swearing isn't allowed on this board, especially for no reasons.

If you keep reading that whole topic you can clearly see that Sirmo aka. [W]Zaibatsu is responsible for starting the flame in that particular thread. Now notice that Sirmo still has a grudge against [SiN]Janissary, here is the exact quote from today's date:

As we can see he is clearly accusing my client for jumping between clans which I find pretty ironic since [SiN]Sirmo, [Revc]Zaibatsu, [W]Zaibatsu = the same person. Should we talk again about jumping between clans?

I'll let Sirmo now place the counter arguments. The verdict shall be done when the votes hit 25.

As we can see he is clearly accusing my client for jumping between clans which I find pretty ironic since [SiN]Sirmo, [Revc]Zaibatsu, [W]Zaibatsu = the same person. Should we talk again about jumping between clans?

On popular demand, I lock this.
The crew thinks this topic will only lead to useless flaming. If users have issues with rasicm or something else that is clearly against the rules, like suggested in this quote:

contact the crew about it. Furthermore, this forum is hosted on dutch territory, so therefore there isn't a jury during a trail; such things are much more sophisticated around here.

Seems I'm right about that flaming, in the few minutes I've been writing this, I've already seen some posts being posted that I frown upon. That last sentence in Sirmo's post for example.
