See the difference time: from 08 : 32 to 25 : 33 there are 17 : 01 minutes. its reasonable.
Sjonnie got 3 stars, then get killed, then got another 2 starts and get killed again, then got another two stars and a fool reported him and he get banned.
Smokey, he got 3 stars then get killed, then get 4 stars and get banned.
they said they health were falling slowly, i dunno what class of cheat can make the damage reduces, just stop damage dont let be any damage, so they werent cheating. more prove? ok:

dab said many ppl have complained?? simply they dont like us, as i have mofo tag, i in these days will be out of server or an admin can ban me for being mofo.

another prove, smokey has more than 300 hours, he has read a lot of ban appeals, so he knows if he chits he get a perm ban so, isnt it mad to chit in those conditions 

i think some of them are exagerating.

I know you don't lag since you have 40 to 90 ping.  So, can you explain why neither you nor your friend could be killed as often as you should?

Isnt it fun that being desynced and high ping are totally different things? dont believe? ask cloackster he told me that and its true, sometimes you see ppl with a small ping desynced, sometimes a desyncing can be 20 or more minutes, and sometimes you hit someone and u dont know what happens why he dont get killed, and suddenly poom! he appears with less armor or health if he dont have armor. it may be too server lag.
