hello
everytime i use frapz ingame the game starts going slow kindof
because if im not rec it go's full speed but when i am rec it goes slow. ?
what can i do to stop this ?

Also dont run any programs in the background and if you really want to make vids Buy a graphics card like mine i recommend N-vidia  Geforce 8800xt
that my graphics card  but if you get a better graphics card it will make the games fps go faster i can run Gta San andreas on full quality and resolution
with 100 fps and when i am making a vid it may be like 95 Fps...  Hope this helped

The problem is that there is no way around the performance loss other than to lower your video settings in fraps or GTA SA.

Fraps will use a lot of processing power to constantly create a video of what you are playing, which will lower your ingame FPS.
