Because, if you are a regular player on the game you are rewarded with extra bank space etc. - You gotta work to get this stuff. Just play on the game for over 100 hours, and admins will give you a few pluspoints.

You don't need that much cash - with a proaccount, your money tops back up with the 2% interest each hour. It even tops up if you are offline. So, no need for props

The pressure on cash needs to be eased at some point, hence the limit. If there was no limit, the value of everything would go up and render it harder for newbies to join in with the fun
