Our general rule is that we won't kick people with a ping lower then 500. Only a PM.
Starting from 500 to 600 is a little bit our limit.
Above is a pm + kick.

I saw someone with 3000 ping - that's laggy! 200 ping is ok, but sometimes I see people with 200 ping complaning about all others lagging...

We should kick everybody with a low ping.
It's harder to hit a low pinger then a high pinger, seriously.
