Photoshop request

Hello there,

For my new work they asked me to send a picture by e-mail to make a small flyer for my new colleques. After searching I found a nice photo but there is a small problem: I have a cigarette in my mouth.

Is there somebody capable of removing the cigarette and restore the rest of the picture?
