in european servers... goto partyserver or something and see your ping. Now Brazilians... they lag anywhere so I think thats more of a fair stereotype. also americans + canadians would only have about 140-200 ping. easily hittable if you know the skill of LEAD AIMING, which im quite sure you do know.. right?
