Hi TEF i am going to try to explain it since it seems there is a misunderstanding between you and blood.
I will explain what hapend in details
-first i was doing a gang war with blood some of H clan and other BA against W, HaZe and bly (i was
getting killed .... a lot)

-then one time i respawned i went to gang base the W's were all at the train station so i jumped the
gate and tried to shoot HaZe and he told me i was desync so i tried to shout someone else to see if he
could hit me and he couldn't shoot me either.

-i placed myself rite in the middle of all the W and shoot a couple rounds (not trying to kill anyone) to
see if someone could shoot me.

-no body could and they were pissed off so i said <i don't know whats happening> and then the
admin made a big explosion and killed everyone around including me.

-i respawned this time and then two admins teleported  to me and i was running until i got stuck
and couldn't move or do anything but talk on main chat (it happened to me a few times before)

-then the two admins (deguz and tbk...) were shooting me with bazooka .... they finally made their
big explosion again and killed me

-after i respawed rite besides you and we start flying around and you were shooting me i found that
funny so i replied (and almost killed you)

-then i got the message telling me that i was banned from this server (men that sucks its the best server
on samp)

so here i told you evrything i know
you will here in not to long about a bug report (i learned about it i was 80 % done with this text)
it as taken me about 1 hour to rite this shit
by the way i often report cheaters my self 
i hope you understand and unban me soon

You, like Blood_, come to me with stories. I don't want stories. I want explanations or the confession of not having one. Also, just because you've reported others doesn't mean you're clean. I've had a guy with a Minigun report health cheaters before.

Like I've stated in the previous topic:

Now, I've heard of this no damage bug, but not when you've died from everything else BUT bullets. tBKwtWS, deguz, and I were testing your brother, [BiA]SoulRipper, for quite some time before any action was truly taken. That is counting over 5 other Gang Members (Apparently there was a War) who couldn't hit him. So, there was a reason. If you can prove to me, however, that this was really just a bug, I would be more than happy to unban him. But if you cannot prove it, you will never be unbanned.

There's no bug once you've died enough times from everything else except bullets. Just because you say you guys don't cheat doesn't mean he maybe left a Singleplayer Trainer running while on LVP, or maybe just felt like using it one day. I'm sorry that you've gotten tangled up with something that you haven't done, but there's nothing I can do about it unless you get another IP. You are not banned, your brother is. [BiA]SoulRipper will not be unbanned.

So once you figure out an explanation and not a story, come back to me. If not, accept your ban and move on with life.
