Please allow me to summarize your opinion. We, the Las Venturas Playground Management, suck because you have a specific problem with the judgement ScarTissue made about messages in the admin chat. You added 13 messages to the admin chat and had various private-message conversations with administrators, being both TEF and ScarTissue in a mere 10 minutes of time. Administrators usually have little to do with the developing of new gamemodes - in fact, admins and the developer team are kept apart as far as possible. Most administrators don't even have access to the plans and current development Las Venturas Playground 3.0 already has, so even if he wanted, ScarTissue could have done nothing at all for you.
Post your plans on the forums and wait until someone replies. Even if noone replies we might still implent it - in which case you should wait until someone announces the feature officially. Bothering administrators and/or developers about your idea usually results in people disliking you, which is something noone should want.
ScarTissue can perfectly distinct spam from normal messages, and in this case I have to agree. You added over a dozen messages all
forcing him to take a look, including stating that the Management won't care and asking them three times to check out your idea's, after being told to wait two times. Again - they were totally right and even if they looked at your idea's, wouldn't been able to answer further questions you might have had.
