Alright, a small idea.
We could implement a command for administrators to enter some sort of "camhack" mode, in which they can move around as if camhack was activated, like in MTASA:Race's Map Editor. This would make watching certain situations that would be usually hard, easy. You can have an overview of the whole gangbase for instance, and zoom into any trouble.
This would be an extension of the watch command, as an alternative in certain situations.
