I cant connect due to disconnections! :S

Everytime I connect to LVP and LVPR, i connect, sometimes I dont even get to the skin selection screen, then it all goes laggy, then words appear like 7 hours later, then lost connection to serve,r reconnecting. So it recconects, 'Connected to LVP', then lost connection to server again... what is this? Please help.

(Btw it's not my dodgy internet coz nothing else goes offline, and it works on other servers)
