One time i was running in my house, and i kicked my foot out and hit it up against a wall :X
and ii broke one of my toe :X

This 1 time, i was base diving, but my parachute was not working, so i fell and died.
And then i got respawned at the hospital, but the doctors took my money and my weapons.

This all happened when i was playing GTA a few years ago, on my PS2.
