I came up with this a few days ago, and it seems like a pretty cool idea,
It's the same as a normal derby, but it's on a rooftop.
Each player starts on a rooftop. Then you have to push eachother off. Or simply destroy your opponent's car.
I havn't found a suitable rooftop though. but I think the BF Injection is a good vehicle to use
