I was thinking that there should be a minigame with f-16s. It could be in another world and could start at the Area 69 and be limited to Las Venturas and the desert to keep them short.
Also, I was thinking that it would be cool to have a race up Mt. Chilliad. It could be on dirtbikes or foot and if you hit someone or shoot someone, you go to jail or kicked from the minigame. So as to not constrain, you could keep chilliad open while the minigame is on, such as the jail for harming racers.
