You can make one using an image editor like Photoshop, Paint shop pro (slightly easier to use and cheaper than photoshop) or just Microsoft Paint. Just take a picture of the game, a screenshot or whatever picture you want as background and add your name on it. Its all possible with a bit of imagination I suppose.
There are quite a few tutorials out there on the net, just search google for "signature tutorial".
After you made the picture you can upload it onto the internet with imageshack or whatever and link it to your forum signature.
Also, you might want to consider using topic titles that actually give a good description of your question, otherwise people might tag it as trash and don't even read it.
