If you guys want you can add snowy weather in SA-MP. As a guy replied in Xx_Don_xX thread that we cant see snow in singleplayer. As well i didnt see any 24-7 baning system in single player. Everything is possible if you want to !!!

Being able to ban people in SA:MP doesn't have anything to do with graphic features in GTA SA. No can do.
