TP to another world then /world 0 - Sky messes up

It actually doesn't work for everyone. You really shouldn't assume something works for everyone just because it works for you. That's just not how it is.

Also, if you wanted the sky to stop flashing, and don't mind staying in a certain world the whole session, you can do /world time 12

Or whatever the command is.  That'll fix the sky until you go to another world.

Also, if an admin or mod fixes the weather, also fixes it. But all that does is resets the weather to 0.
