Hmm, the movie was just plain AWESOME!

However, some people would like to get a better understanding of the things that the film don't explain, and that's where watching the credits fall into place. It clearly states that the movie was based on Richard Matheson's classic novel, I AM LEGEND. So, I Google'd him and found http://www.iamlegendarchive.com and found out there has been two other screenplays of the same novel. If you want to know more, just check out that site or use Google

It's lesser compared to things like "28 weeks later"

I really loved the beginning. Untill the first monster came out of the dark (which dropped all suspense early on already) then it all went downwards in my opinion. Will Smith's acting was pretty good though carrying most of the film alone, but plotwise it just didn't grip me.

And anyway he should get mad at that woman because his dog died because she set a trap :p

It wasnt the woman. It was the darkseeker who let the dogs after him. He learnt it by observing what happened to the other darkseeker that will smith set a trap for.

Would i pull out 2 sawnoff shtguns and blow all their brains out, yes.

But he didnt have any sawn off shot gun with plenty shells to blow the 30 or so darkseekers in the room trying to get him. All he had was a nade. Think about it like you are him at that very moment with the woman and child hiding behind you.. 30 or more darkseekers about to break that glass to come get you and all you have is a nade.
