PM Spam Filter

It's piss annoying at 10 seconds. When I have 5 people PMing me for things when not admin, I have to wait 10 seconds between each PM, and by then they've all scrolled off. I type really fast so this is extremely annoying, and others have complained too.

Problem with lowering the time from 10 seconds to 3 seconds? None's gonna flood with that, and it's short enough to be a feature that won't annoy people.

Oh and could I get the dev forum group thrown on so I can reply to some of teh stuff like that /ramping dude, or just approve it.

I agree that it should be lowered to 3-5 secondes, this is just too much.

I really really hate it when I send a PM to a DIFFERENT id, it still says that I may not repeat myself.
Adding a space works, but it's annoying. Dunno if we can change this?

We could include the ID as part of the 'pm history' ?

Then when you change the ID it won't be the same.
