Stealing from bank account

Today, somebody called ricardo016 stole round $100.000 from my account and probably was intending to go on until i go totally bankrupt, but I logged off instantly. Can somebody explain if it's a cheat, an admin privellege or a common command (if so, why the hell is this allowed?!). The message looks something like this:

* ricardo016 stole $#### from your bank account ..

help me out plz, it's really frustrating

That's not a cheat or secret command, just someone (ab)using the /me functionality.
No-one can take out money from your bankaccount, except admins.

it's just someone using /me 'message' . Like :  '/me has stolen 38218903 $ from your bank account!'. Don't worry

You can see it's fake, because I had like 20k on my bank account and someone made a message saying '... has stolen 1,000,000 $ from your bank account!'. It's fake.
