the point is ,just when im starting to fight ppl on server 2-3 min i crash .

MODS? Sometimes certain mods can be a problem with connection, and timeouts.. try reinstalling GTAA and maybe you'll find playing with a clean install more worthy than playing with mods.

Everyone knows u can't play SAMP with mods, besides if he would use mods he wouldn't be in LVP at all most likely
