complaint about the way my previous complaints were handled

I posted a complaint about (R2D)Fallen rulebreaking here: https://forum.sa-mp.nl/thread-35240.html, which Ms. Sophia handled by saying that (R2D)Fallen will only be warned because previous incidents happened more than 12 months ago as per LVP's new policies, well that's not true because there is another complaint posted by the date of 5 May 2020, which means less than a month ago, showing (R2D)Fallen rulebreaking: [/url][url=https://forum.sa-mp.nl/thread-35183.html]https://forum.sa-mp.nl/thread-35183.html. 

Then I made another complaint about the way my first complaint was handled: https://forum.sa-mp.nl/thread-35241.html but Ms. Sophia decided she will stick to her first decision, which in my humble opinion is not proportional to LVP's new rule - which clearly states that "incidents that happened more than 12 months ago will not be considered", and not those that happened recently. 
Please, if possible, I want Beaner to handle this complaint.

Hey afiq,

We take all reports case by case. Depending on the way you abuse or break rules you'll be punished. Also depending on the severity of what you did.
People will often be warned, jailed etc. multiple times when they do minor rule breaking. We only take bans as a last resort.

In this case Sophia handled according to the https://administrator.guide/ we follow.
