In the left red circle, the merging looks kinda weird. I think you can change that so that it's a bit more covered up, or more blended in.
The 'Welcome to LV' sign is placed a bit weird in front of the building behind it. Maybe you can change the angle or move it a bit so that it doesn't look so weird. Last thing, on the screenshot on the far right, the world seems to end at the end of the road, or the sky is just too empty.
Maybe you can pick another screenshot so that you can add a helicopter orso as tomozj suggested.

Anyway, nice attempt ^^

Nice improvement of your first version.
Merging the pictures is done nice and smooth, but, like always a but the tree next to the satellite disc seems to be very.. non-smooth

I think the color difference between the desert and the pyramid is too large. It doesn't fit nice enough.
And your gangsters don't merge at all. But I love the helicopter view, nice sunset!
