Racism and offenses

We can understand that during the game someone gets angry and says nonsense.
But to express so much rasismo and offenses against a country and its citizens that it does not know and just for the pleasure of feeling superior I do not understand it.
I do not know where Sand is and his friend sand2 but it is clear to me that while he constantly complains about others and appears in the forum crying for justice, he abuses the lack of admins to do this.

Sand was banned for 2 years for behaving like this and still doesn't seem to care about my warnings and continues to exhibit unacceptable behavior.
Sand2 (Merder1907) makes it a point to get banned every week, and has managed to do it again. He's been banned for ship nading.
