Hi, 

1) MyBB throws me an "Upload failed" error while trying to upload my avatar. 
Image is within ranges of WxH and size. Jpg format.

Is there something I can do?

2) I'm a VIP member. Same username in-server and same email.
Can I have the VIP status also on forums?

Max dimensions are 120x150, and the max file size is 25 kb. You may try uploading it elsewhere and use the URL instead.

About the image, no, none of thoise methods works.

Errors are:
- on upload: The upload failed
- on URL: Not a valid URL
