Sleep abusing fake vehicle entry in his own video
#1
Here you can see Sleep abusing fake vehicle entry in order to cake cover from another player's bullets in the middle of a fight: https://youtu.be/DdpALA0Cui8
This video was recorded by the abuser himself.

Have a good day.

I noticed this when I reviewed his report. When it happened, you weren't shooting him—you were behind the object on the roof. Sleep didn't gain an advantage, and neither were you at a disadvantage. It's like doing it in an isolated area with nobody around to shoot you: it doesn't matter.

Edit: Here's what Sleep has to say.

Seems fair enough to me. No action will be taken.

If he gained no advantage then why did he have to cancel his animation through forbidden ways (as fake vehicle entry) instead of setting his cover through the allowed way - by simply sitting on the bike and then getting off of it. The answer is simple: He wanted to set his cover faster because otherwise I'd have shot him. The advantage he gained is time.

Anyways it depends on your point of view.

I see your point, but I wouldn't call it a 'forbidden way' of picking up the bike. Let's say a player ramps on a bike and then falls. Would we always expect them to pick it back up without canceling the animation? I'd say no, because it doesn't really cause any harm and is efficient.

Fake car entry is forbidden for the sole reason that it prevents a player from taking damage when they are supposed to. This wasn't the case during your fight with Sleep. He tried to set up some cover by picking the bike up instead of trying to avoid any damage in the process (fake car entry), so I don't think it warrants any action.

I admit these are very tricky situations and it's impossible to have guidelines for every scenario, but I think a ban would be highly unreasonable.
