Hello, LVP Staff.

Here is another report that I'm making, but what can I do when your server is full of cheaters and no one is doing anything about it except me.
Today I have to report a guy that is from the same country as me, but I gave him an opportunity to admit what he has used, and to delete it, but he kept saying that he is clean and that I can report him, so here I am, reporting him.

What he used in this case, is no recoil, at first I thought it was an aimbot, but I'm quite more sure that it's just a no recoil.
The first thing what is weird in this video, that during these 10 rounds, he only missed 2-3 shots, which is impossible no matter how good you are in this game.

The second thing that is weird in this video is what amount of damage he deals to me with the Sawn shots.

The third thing that is weird and it happens with no recoil is that when I die, I get tossed into the air and I fall on my back, because the bullets are so consistent and they hit you like a minigun, and only minigun can toss you in the air and drop you on your back.

It's the same case as it was with Jasmine, so I did a detailed research in this video with many screenshots, and I'm gonna explain it to you step by step, so you can go with an easy decision.

First off, let's start with the video: 

The video is full of slow-motion captions because it will be easier for you to spot importnant things.

And here is just a reminder of the video that I've done to prove that Jasmine is using no-recoil, and the same things are happening in this video:

And now here are some screenshots from the video to prove that Dokaz is using no recoil aswell:

Screenshot #1: In this screenshot you will see how sparkles look like in this video when I shoot them (without no-recoil)

Screenshot #2: In this screenshot you will see how sparkles look like when Dokaz is shooting (clearly using no-recoil).

Screenshot #3: See the consistency of his bullets and the drops of blood all located in the same spot (because of the no-recoil).

Screenshot #5: Check out how the bullets are located in one spot, and how I fly to the sky and fall on my back (because of the no-recoil).

Try experimenting by yourself, you will never fly to the sky and fall on your back when getting shot with sawn-off. Only time this happens is when you get killed by a minigun.

Keep in mind that this isn't [MOB]Dokaz, it's his younger brother. 

I did everything to prove that he used no-recoil, and I'm 100% sure that he did, I'm trying to help the community by reporting all of the hackers.
