I have finished to download winamp and shoutcastdps. but in irc, i type !stopautodj. and it say "Only available for users with at least voice rights". what the meaning of that?

You have to ask admins on IRC to give you the rights so you can use all of those DJ commands. Just send a PM to admins online on IRC and wait for a response.
