kadir1907 being bugged and abusing it

So I was in game when this guy was inside and I was sniping him the whole time probably for more than hour and telling him that he is bugged and to go relog on which he just laughed and refused, here is a video proof that he is bugged and can't even be shot in the body to get a hit sound or anything.
Check out the logs and see that he never went relog.
