Sand(A) toggling no recoil or aimbot?

Hello, LVP Staff.

You know that I'm well known and very successfull in catching people using aimbot & no-recoil, so here is one more that I'm quite sure is not clean.
The player that I'm reporting is Sand(A).
So this happend today: I came in game just to message Chiraq about some unimportnant things and I didn't plan to spend any time more on LVP but then Sand asked for a duel in main chat and I agreed.
When we went into a duel, he was pretty bad, he couldn't play at all, he missed most of his shots and died very quickly, which made him go /q inside of a duel to avoid death and a duel loss and here is a video of him doing this what I've just mentioned:

He then, came back with the nick Sleep using big letter "i" instead of the small letter L, trying to provoke me and he got kicked for impersonating, he then came back with his original nick and we went into a duel again, but he was much better this time, doing some serious damage like 80+ damage from just 2 shots with a Sawnoff shotgun which is impossible with normal game setup, so I thought to myself that he is either toggling the aimbot or he is having no-recoil, but he is just so bad with it that he misses alot, but when he hits, he deals massive damage. So, here is the video down below of him doing it, the suspicious moments are highligted and edited in slow motion so you can see things better:

Also, here is one screenshot from the video, showing how his Sawnoff bullets are consistent in one place and that's exactly what no-recoil would do, all of the bullets are gathered in the same spot, and the blood is coming from a small space aswell (you can also pay attention to where he is aiming, and where the bullets are going, he is having 82 ping so it can't be cause by his lag, my ping was 60), check out the picture:

Don't forget that he was banned for no-recoil in the past on this server aswell, those things just prove my point even more.

He has received a two day ban for quitting the duel (to avoid death). As for the aimbot/no-recoil, let's see what other crew members have to say.

Alright, I know that you are very careful on this decisions but it was pretty obvious to me since I dueled him and saw it with my own eyes. He went from noob to skill shots in a few minutes. I personally think that he just used no-recoil, because if he used aimbot his Sawnoffs would move from aiming place to shooting position very weird which isn't the case in here. I'm pretty sure it's just a no-recoil.

His bullets on the ground looks same just like you so it means you are using no-recoil too?

When any players shoots on your back you will get enormous damage with sawnoff eventually if you don't know this try yourself then make an complaint about any player that he/she is/are using aimbot/no-recoil buddy.
