From what I see, LVP only has an official TeamSpeak server and not a Discord server. You'll have to contact the people in charge of that particular server regarding issues you face there. There's nothing we can do about it.

The discord server was made mainly to have fun. So in my opinion, a some racism for fun is alright. Following server rules on discord doesn't makes sense anyway.
