when we was in duel vs him he was toggling is hacks [dmg.cs] so i start to record him .

u can see clearly dmg : 4 shoots with sawnoff and 3 hitsound  with just 10 hp but normaly should get 90 hp.

                                also 2 shoots and there is hitsound but no dmg .
he clearly change his dmg by hacks for sawnoffs

As per our new procedure, we discussed this internally and agreed he was cheating. Since he was banned for 30 days for hacking before, Syed won't be able to join us in the next 60 days.
