COMPLAINT [CP]Humza

So 3 people online - CP Humza - CP Dan and BiIIie (myself undercover).

-> I start fighting them, sure I get killed, no biggie its 2 vs 1.

Then...I get them separated and kill Humza with a quite elegant single left hand sawnoff shot(might have been lucky). Then he teleports back to me while my health was lower (while CP Dan came back to me). So I run...when he can't catch me he decides to kick me -> so called fake car entry.

Which was simply not true.

So I return as target, they decide to drive by while i'm in a car, not a single bullet hits me, but it hits the car. So while i sit (i didnt shoot at all -  in fact i was typing) i do /dive (so i can chat a bit). Then he says again a violation of the rules!!! Why? I didn't participate in the fight not a single bullet hit me..so i'm allowed to /dive or run or whatever.

He says it doesnt matter, when shot (well technically he only shot the car)..you can't run or use commands.

It is clear that there must be some misinterpretation of a rule and admin abuse here. Therefore i'm complaining. It can NOT be the purpose of an admin of engaging a fight and making up rules or seeing things that are not there. Most definitely not when there are only 3 players online.

1. WHEN NOT PARTICIPATING IN A FIGHT (NOT SHOOTING) YOU CAN DO WHATEVER YOU WANT
2. WHEN SHOOTING BACK YOU HAVE PARTICIPATED IN THE FIGHT THEREFORE CMDS ARE DISABLED SO YOU CAN TECHNICALLY RUN

One needs the choice not to participate. Else it is too easy for gangbangers to stay around and empty the server. (like it was right now)

Doesn't matter how many players are online as I told you already
'Rules are rules for everyone'

      After you killed me i teleported to you and shoot you like  2 3 bullets and then starting shooting your car after some time your car started burning and you left your car and you started running towards that another infernus you did press enter and opened the door of the car while i was aiming/shooting with sniper but you didn't entered in a car and left it and started running again and there i kicked you for fake car entry.
Now this is true which you will not admit.

True you returned with you real account and started saying shit about me like 'bad admin' etc etc and I didn't even punished u for this i just warned you not to use any commands while you are being chased/attacked by Dan, he was doing drive by shooting your car and your car was about to burn but you did dive to avoid death/ get away and i warned you that's it
People get ban for this you are lucky it was just a kick.

When you are being chased/attacked by someone and there your car was bout to burn and you do dive to get away then I don't think you can do whatever you want to.

I waited for Humza to reply before closing this topic as you provided no proof. Next time you make such a complaint please have some video evidence.
