The only reason that AzErTy was kicked from B&A was because he MADE the clan HsG...

Therefore 'betraying' B&A

but now he is in [SaW]

I really don't understand the difference between joining a clan and founding a clan.
In both ways you are in a clan, the only difference is your rank in the clan.
Azerty's rank in HsG was Leader, and in the SaW clan his rank is member.
It's pretty much the same thing right? So I don't see why Azerty making HsG is called 'betraying' B&A and when he joins SaW it's ok.
Not that i'm involved in any of this, but I just think it's lame to kick someone for that reason.
