I don't have any cheats when I start playing LVP since this December but I used them the last November in PTP the cleo files I can't remove I don't have a backup files I need .dll files of GTA SA
Can someone give me the .dll files of GTA SA not SA-MP .dll files

Don't accept other's people DLLs, never.
For your DLL issue, you might just need to reinstall your game, I got this issue once and I simply reinstalled the gale
