why deleting complaints and closing it without reason ???

i created a Report about JT And it's deleted ? 

Deathstar reports Chiraq and now he is closed ? 

that isn't something acceptable at last give a reason for this shits ?

I would like to clarify that Complaint threads are never deleted (outside of this one-time human error causing global forum data loss). They are archived when they're believed to be handled, and when that happens, they end up, publicly accessible, here: https://forum.sa-mp.nl/forum-21.html

Some of the threads regarding Deer Hunter / Chiraq were closed without reply, however, we recently made the very tough decision that it would be best to part ways with him due to the the excessive number of complaint threads. This is the reason behind the closure.

Whilst you may believe that the data loss was "staged", I can assure you it wasn't. What happened here is that we were performing some cleaning up of our server infrastructure when an error on our end caused our live, production database to be deleted. This is the cast iron truth of the matter.

If you would like to make a Complaint thread, we invite you to do so as just like everyone has seen - they don't get ignored (the proof is in the pudding as explained above).

I would also like to add that any contributions you make to Las Venturas Playground (the same with anyone else) will not be ignored, but they may take a while before they're attended to. We're all volunteers and I think I'm right in saying all of the management team hold down full time jobs, so patience is appreciated.
