Casinos

Many players have asked for new ways to spend their money. And I myself had some ideas
So the first one is casinos: I know there's a function in the pawn language called Rand or whatever it is (correct me if I'm wrong). Casinos would become a legit way to earn money, since the result will be server-sided (therefore way harder to exploit). 
I have one or two more ideas, bit let's discuss about this one first

No worries, my man. But yes, I would kindly advise keeping up to date with the game mode before suggesting ideas (especially when that very idea is how I personally made money back as a player in 2007).
