Extra notes: So I just came back after being kicked from Deer and said "what a retard" and then immediately got banned for "insulting an admin". What makes him think I said it to him or to any other admin when I DID NOT mention any name?






I seriously ask and at the same time BEG management to give me immunity from this noob so that he can no longer abuse his commands on me again. Thanks !

Alrighty, so what basically happened was:

Due to a samp bug u stopped receiving damage from sniper shots. I fixed you in-game and told u about the issue, that's when you said "what are you doing fucking abuser" not sure if the message was sent to the crew, I lost the logs unfortunately, but it was obviously refering to me. 

I kicked you with a warn,  [27-09-2016 16:32:34]  (kick by [V]Deer_Hunter): Mind ur language 

U've joined and immediately sent a private message to RTFM - "mind your language" and right after that you wrote "what a retard" in main chat.

I'm still missing some parts here ( this is not all ), but im sure some of our crew members can tell by the logs what happened there, precisely.

And yes, later than I saw you also flaming from IRC, right after you pm'ed me. 

An action had to be taken here, u got 3 days to think about it and cool ur head cos this type of behaviour is totally unacceptable.

I am TIRED of your bullshit.

1- There was NO bug when I got fixed. The truth is that you were about to get killed since you had very little HP, then I jumped from /taxi 12 building with ALMOST FULL HP and was going to follow you to kill you, and just when I jumped I suddenly got fixed for no reason. STOP LYING DEER!

2- Earlier (A few minutes earlier, in case someone wants to check logs) you abused again by using /nrg with very little hp to run from getting killed by me. I even reported it, but as always, you get away easily with it.

3- It is completely acceptable and normal to get angry after being abused one hundred times by you and no action was ever taken against you. 

I want to mention that I was banned before I even came to IRC to ask you for an unban. I DID NOT FLAME on IRC, nor did I beg to you for an unban. I only wrote "fuck you" once, and for that I was muted from IRC channel. I did not mention any name when I said "what a retard" which means you don't have to be offended. We see people everyday calling each other retards ingame but they never get banned, nor do they get muted. But in this case I got banned for 3 days for "insulting an admin" without even mentioning the name to who I said that. Fair, huh?

To straighten something up, I didn't mute you from IRC, I just setten the channel mode to +m(oderated). This means that only people with voice (+) or above can speak. This to prevent things from escelating between you and deer BEFORE it happened.
