Complaint about complatins

How do you manage to put up with Huracan's childish behaviour? He's clearly baiting the admins into doing something that is less correct and then complains that he was abused. I've seen him in-game dicking around with JT always trying to get a reaction. 

I advise muting him or something so he stops that behaviour.
