I think the ones for the players look a bit ugly also.

Make the fade from a grey -> white, and then make the lines going across greyish and it'll look sexy.

The same for all of the lines really - the black stands out alot.

Also, there's a way of putting a reflection effect on, that'd be sexy also.

Just a few suggestions.

they're awesome, but as I said on IRC, my current one matches my avatar

also the admin bar is a little dark, just like the vip one, having the V.I.P text on the admin bar would make it look better IMO
