Unfair Advantages and Hacks

I am reporting 2 guys for hacks and 1 of those for unfair advantages too.
So first of all we will proceed with
[V]Lash:-

First of all he Got Aimbot,spread and Anti Ram.Probably S0biet,i saw him taking full turn on shop and absorbing shock of high potential crash with boost.
I reported him plenty of times,But all in vain.
I forgot to get those Recorded but i got this..

He was using airbreak,and carfly.cs.

I also reported him plenty of times.But there is a saying that "How much how many times we try,its gonna be a shit"
