As you may know ricky banned me for a claim aimbot which he can't prove. nvm while i was banned from lvp by an admin who thinks he is god, i started playing on other server. Even there he didn't leave me alone and i also beat him in duel very easily which in case i couldn't on lvp so he himself definitely aimbots, Look at how he threatening me:

Even if [LVP]MemBer was Ricky (which you provide no evidence to reinforce) - what crew members do on other servers isn't any of our concern. 

With that said, Ricky just made contact with me about this thread and states that this wasn't him.

By his talks i can tell it was him, But i can't prove ye that right but neither can him prove i aimbot, so was banned and topic locked also on what basis? He isn't even ready for a second duel where we both record. This alone tells me he himself is aimbotting and when i beat him on streets several time his ego must be hurt and he banned me for false accuse

Crew members don't need to provide proof when banning someone. The idea of using screen-capture software is flawed, as is showing us GTA:SA installs. Images and/or videos can quite easily be manipulated. Whilst you could of course have a second duel, naturally you're not going to cheat when you know you're being watched. 

Given your long list of bans & kicks from different crew members, I don't doubt Ricky's judgement at all and I'd say you're extremely lucky to be getting yet another chance. Looking over your account, we could have quite easily permanently banned you for your vile behavior alone - let alone bug abuse and/or cheats.
