I seen the problems with spawnweapons alot and many other (small-common) problems. There is in my eyes only 1 way to control,tweak, and adjust the buyin systems in LVP (Weapons and Properties) If there will be 1 botingame that is linked to IRC. It will be able to give weapons to certain players. It can monitor whhat weapons people buy, and like that you can save your orders and will be able to get all weapons you need with 1 pm. This should be done for all regular or just all players. Like this you can easily change the costs of weapons and will be able to buy weapons for others. This is how it works.

A is the weapon Type you buy, The linked IRC bot can save diffrent weapon sortings by player. So a player can configure buy 20 A to 20 nades or 20 M4 clips. A combination should be possible asswell.
