Brands that've come, and gone

I was watching an old episode of Top Gear last night, and in it, they featured car manufacturer Saab:

I've never owned or ridden shotgun in one, though it was emotional nevertheless.

With that said, after a year or two of being closed down, they re-opened: http://www.topgear.com/car-news/first-lo...ially-back

This got me wondering about other formerly great brands that for one reason or another, are no longer with us.

Two that come to mind for me are Woolworths and Blockbuster. They were both places I used to visit regularly back in the day, now replaced by the likes of internet giants such as AmazonĀ  ;(

Your turn! Are there any brands that you miss or remember using?

We still have Woolworths in Australia, Some are named that or Safeway.

Not so much brands, But I am an avid music listener and what not, I miss bands and musicians I'll never get to see.

I hear ya. My favourite band was Busted, I loved pretty much everything they came out with. I still listen to some of their tracks every so often :)
