Thanks Xen0n and estroe for answering so clear..my question is that if the in-game Gang could be "permently"(all the time) saved and i said to me that it couldnt happen....

Xen0n said that he can create a gang and the name of the gang it will be "TUGAS LVP"....    (TUGAS is a nickname of Portuguese player)

My main "rule" to be part of the gang is to be portuguese (and not so NOOB because it presume that I will be responsible for my gang recruits....)

For now i have like 6 portuguese friends that can join my gang so if u could the Gang i will apreciate that....

I think you mis-understood the part about creating a gang in-game.  YOU have to create it each time you are in game.  You can type /gang create TUGAS-LVP and invite your friends/gang members to it.  Once everyone that was in that gang leaves, you will have to create it again.
