[Unbanned] Ping 9999? Ban?

Hey im not sure what's going on  if  the server is down or what, the ping is 9999 i woke up this morning and went to play and saw the  message on the  SAMP Client. If im banned can i be informed of the reason? I wasnt banned or anything hte last time iwas playing  i was  doing a cruise with Xen0n and Cloakster.

Yeah i dont see why itss doing this i run a 6 Meg connection i shouldnt have anyproblems.
